One common problem is a window well that fills up and allows water to enter the basement, seeping down the foundation wall and onto the floor. If the basement is finished, the wall covering, carpeting or flooring may be damaged. Mold and mildew problems are also likely. There is more than one way to address the problem. We can replace the window well and covering, but a more permanent solution would be to eliminate the window completely. Most basement windows do not allow enough light to enter to be of much benefit, so removing the problem window can far outweigh the value of a small amount of light. You will be relieved from the worry of coming home to a wet basement and we guarantee our work.
