Sagging floors are common with crawl space structures. They are usually the result of a poorly supported center support beam or too much span between the outside walls and the center support beam. The floors give and the furniture shakes when walking on the floor. A center support beam that fails creates pressure on the outside walls and causes damage to the structure of the home. Doors will not open or close and cracks begin to appear in the sheetrock. We are experienced at evaluating and repairing the problems.
